Re-Visiting The Outer Banks

In my initial post I laid out how I infiltrated the Outer Banks with a fake Facebook account and was specifically let in by Karen de la Carriere. Since then my account has been kicked out and I’ve relied on leaks from members of the group who do not want to be revealed because they aren’t willing to put up with the hounding that will inevitably come from Karen if they are. I do not want to subject anyone to that but I also wanted to show that not much has changed at The Outer Banks. Karen is still running it like her very own private Sea Org. She consistently informs members that the group is safe thanks to its secrecy but she continues to let the wolves in.

I want to make it clear that the reason these leaks are possible is because Karen de la Carriere is too blinded by flattery and her own ego to vet new accounts even if they’re designed to be obviously fake.

So without further ado here is the current memberslist of The Outer Banks.

That list looks like last time but Mark Plummer aka Karen’s Attack Dog left and came back as a mod just recently.

    

And just to show that nothing ever changes here is a fine sample of Karen using the group to feed her ego through likes and comments on irrelevant posts or introductions that she always makes rather than letting the person introduce themselves.

I have a tip for members of the Outer Banks and that is to stop feeding Karen’s ego when it’s putting you all at risk.

Outer Banks Members laugh at family for trying to help their family member

Rod Keller seems to be at it again serving up his daily dish of Scientologist Stalking. His target today? A family trying to get their family member help with his alcoholism at Narconon.

It goes without saying that this is a sad situation for the family. They are in a bad position and making bad decisions about what to do. Obviously Narconon is not going to help. Laughing at them won’t help either though.

Rod Keller and his Ethical Habit

od Keller identifies himself on Twitter as a senior reporter for The Underground Bunker. On Reddit he describes himself as an OG Scientology investigator. Ever wonder what type of skills you need to become either of these two things? Simple, stalk Scientologists under fake accounts and take pictures of their kids and share them to private Facebook groups. This is just another disturbing habit of Rod Keller’s that we are following.

The hypocrisy continues

Not even one day after I published an article pointing out the hypocrisy of Outer Banks members posting photos of private Scientologists they are at it again. This time a child is the subject of the post. We have obscured the child’s face for their protection.

 One has to think how these very same people would respond if someone was posting photos of their children in a private group. I believe they would be quite upset.

Hypocrisy is rampant in the Outer Banks.

This thread was posted in the Outer Banks not long ago. It strikes me as hypocritical that members of the Outer Banks get very upset over private eyes following former members but see nothing wrong with taking photos of private citizens who happen to be Scientologists then posting them online. Of course hypocrisy seems to be the modus operandi of Karen de la Carriere and her cronies.

I want to bringing attention to the fact that Tony Ortega often uses these images to fill in content on his blog when he can’t come up with any actual real Scientology news to post. If Scientologists were posting photos of Tony’s wife and children in the drug store how do you think he’d react?

Outer Banks Members Lobby for A&E to Release Their Show

There has been some discussions lately in Outer Banks about a second show that was supposed to air on A&E about Disconnection. Several people involved have dropped hints in these and other threads that A&E is shelving their show in preference of Leah Remini. There have even been accusations in past threads that Leah herself wanted to be the only Scientology related show on the network. The posts accusing Leah of this were all deleted before my source could get a screenshot.

        

       

All this raises the question is Leah really looking to get the word out about disconnection or is she just looking for a paycheck? Why is Karen de la Carriere trying to play both sides by deleting some posts about this issue and letting others stay.

The Ministry of Flying Ducks

We have a cache of screenshots for you to today. They tell a troubling story of Outer Banks, Karen de la Carriere and others involved in the ex-scientology community. These images come to you from the Ministry of Flying Ducks Facebook group. Let’s hit all the major points.

Marisa Sigmond and other members of the Ministry of Flying Ducks further referred to as MFD scheduled a gathering in Portland. This event was shared to Outer Banks.

Remember Scott Gordon the former Outer Banks member who was kicked out of the group? He brings up that Karen has borrowed the worst feature of Hubbard’s cult – Control. Both current and former members of Outer Banks agree.

Another secret Facebook group was created for second generation ex-scientologists only. Karen threatened the other admins and told them that they better not steal any of her posts. Now ask yourself, if you were truly doing something to expose an evil cult why would you want to in effect copyright your posts so others can’t share them? At that point are you trying to get the word out or are you playing a long drawn out ego game?

Jimmy Kowski commented on Tony Ortega’s attempt to get Howdycon goers to start a fight with him on the Bunker so Tony had a reason to ban him. Jimmy went on to say that nobody did and Tony ended up using a shoop of his as the reason to ban him.

Jimmy Kowski was kicked out of Outer Banks by Karen de la Carriere. Jimmy posted the screenshots of the message exchange with Karen. From the message exchange it is obvious something else is pushing Karen to ban Jimmy from the group. She first tells him that he doesn’t need to know why he’s being removed and then she says that her darling Outer Banks members cannot take too much vulgarity. Jimmy pushed back and said that this smells like Tony Ortega has had some involvement. Karen then goes to her third made up reason to kick him which is now that she has received numerous complaints about his posts. At this point Jimmy makes it clear that he knows she is just making up excuses to cover for Tony. Jimmy added that after he was kicked from Outer Banks he was unable to post in SP’s R Us.

Marisa Sigmond comments on Karen’s deceitful nature of using the abuse stories of victims of Scientology but also auditing people for $200 an hour in secrecy.

The Outer Banks Book Fair

It has been reported to us that The Outer Banks has become entirely populated by promotional material. A number of members are writing books and telling the group about their progress and hopes. I bet we’ll be seeing Mark Bunker’s Knowledge Report before we’ll see anything from Outer Banks members.

Karen de la Carriere and the Bluebird

We’ve received another leak from an Outer Banks member. This leak is a post made by Karen de la Carriere where she talks about the Bluebird motor home used by LRH.

Karen shared this with her secret group as fact and said that Ilove2lurk at ESMB posted it. Tony Ortega chimed in to correct her.

Tony Ortega: ILove2Lurk is the resident shooper at ESMB, Karen. Everything they do is fake. The Bluebird is in a garage at Int Base.

Karen de la Carriere: Thanks Tony Ortega for the clarification, well received.

Well received? You just fed your entire group a lie and couldn’t bother to google or look at the image closely to verify if it is real or not. Karen is a constant embarrassment to herself and the friends she keeps. We would like to thank our Outer Banks whistle blowers who leak information to us.

For someone who left Scientology she loves creating rigid structure and reminding her followers to fall in line.
